Annual Halloween Party

This year's party had to head indoors due to the weather. So instead of having it at Market Street, we had the party at The Woodlands United Methodist Church. After Janna taught a tough class, everyone headed over to the party and had a great time. Here are some pics. It was quite a turnout and the kids looked just adorable. :)

October Moms Night Out

Well, I left the camera at home for our MNO this month....sorry! We had a great time though at "The Chocolate Shoe Boutique". We shopped, had wine, snacks and lots of fun catching up with each other. It was a terrific turnout too, about 14 of us! Hope you can make November's night out.

September Moms Night Out

Our fun night out at Berryhill's! Unfortunately the waiter had some issues getting a non-blurry picture....but it will do. :) Moms night out is always a good time and this one was filled with chatting, laughing, eating and drinking. Sounds like the perfect recipe for a fun night out!

July Moms Night Out

This month Luke's Locker hosted our MNO. We had a great time shopping and getting fitted for proper athletic shoes. Luke's Locker was an awesome host to us and we look forward to doing something with them again. After we shopped, we went and grabbed a glass of wine at Cru. It was a really fun night!

June Moms Night Out

Our June MNO was held at Faces 365. We had a great time getting pampered, eating, drinking wine and chatting with each other. It was a lot of fun!

May Moms Night Out

Mom's Night Out for the month of May was held at Crush Wine Bar. It was a blast! We finished the night off at the Baker Street Pub. MNO is always full of laughter and it is a great chance for all the StrollerFit moms to get to know each other better. :)

Blog Slacking

I know I have been slacking with the blog lately...sorry!!!! I forgot to bring my camera to MNO at Main Event a few weeks back. I promise to bring my camera to class next week and snap some photos of all the mamas hard at work!!! We have had a bunch of new members join and that is awesome!!!! I hope everyone is taking advantage of getting to know some of the newest members. It is a great way to make new friendships.

Also, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to Mrs. Stephanie Taylor!!! Her birthday was March 29th and she swears she is 25. Hmmmmmm.....

Childrens Museum

Hi gals -

I am trying to organize a little outing to the Childrens Museum on Thursday. Tamara Hopkins and are going to go around 1pm on Thursday. If anyone else is interested, please meet us there or email me at haleykatie@gmail.com Erica and I went last week and Caroline and Annemarie had a BLAST. It was NOT crowded so we kind of had free-range to do whatever we wanted and we did not have to worry about other kiddos. It is just $5 to get in and you can stay as long as you want...well, they do close at 5pm so I guess you have to leave by then. :) I hope everyone is having a great week.

A Quick and Delicious Meal

Hi gals -

I know cooking sometimes gets put on the back-burner b/c we are all so strapped for time. Sometimes it is just easier to order pizza! Here is a recipe that Janna Ellen shared with me and I made it last night and it was a huge hit!!

Mexican Crockpot Meal:

1 package of chicken breast tenderloins (thawed)
1 jar of salsa
1 can of corn - drained
1 can of black beans - drained and rinsed
1 container of fresh mushrooms
1 can of diced tomatoes
Grated cheese

Put everything into the crockpot, except for the cheese, and cook on low for 6 hours. The last half hour put as much grated cheese on top that you desire. Serve with Mexican rice.

MNO out this month was so much fun!!! Everyone really seemed to enjoy making their own perfumes and oils. We had a ton of good food and wine to make the evening even better. I hope everyone is enjoying their new scents. I am sure the husbands are lovin' it too!!!

Jen Barrett taught a GREAT class today at the Loft. It felt like August outside because the humidity was bad. I guess the more you sweat the better you look!!! After class all the kiddos played in the green room and had a great time. I hope everyone is looking forward to Mom's Night Out on Monday at Bath Junkie. It is sure to be a great time, and I hope to see everyone there.
