Hi gals -
I know cooking sometimes gets put on the back-burner b/c we are all so strapped for time. Sometimes it is just easier to order pizza! Here is a recipe that Janna Ellen shared with me and I made it last night and it was a huge hit!!
Mexican Crockpot Meal:
1 package of chicken breast tenderloins (thawed)
1 jar of salsa
1 can of corn - drained
1 can of black beans - drained and rinsed
1 container of fresh mushrooms
1 can of diced tomatoes
Grated cheese
Put everything into the crockpot, except for the cheese, and cook on low for 6 hours. The last half hour put as much grated cheese on top that you desire. Serve with Mexican rice.
